Project AdministratorOutskirts of Mansfield/Newark, Full Time (M-F), Permanent£23,000 Rising to £25,000 Following Successful Probationary Period

Our award winning Nottinghamshire based client is looking for a Project Administrator to join their expanding Operations Team.

THE ROLE

The ideal Project Administrator will be able to communicate confidently with clients and suppliers via telephone, email, via MS Teams or in person as required. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Project manage new orders from point of order through deliveries, installation, commissioning and site visits.
  • Co-ordinate deliveries to client sites.
  • Co-ordinate and plan Engineers diaries.
  • To provide a point of contact for all clients who are on site.
  • Customer service calls at the end of each site completion to maintain ongoing relationships & repeat sales.
  • Liaise with the finance team to issue invoices after deliveries.

THE CANDIDATE

The successful Project Administrator will be organised and methodical, with attention to detail and have good customer service experience. Other skills and experience required include:

  • High level of competency with MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Be personable, friendly and have excellent listening skills.
  • Ideally have experience using Google maps (or similar) to search locations and create routes with multiple stop points.
  • Have experience scheduling jobs, visits, deliveries or people.

THE BENEFITS

  • Monday to Friday working pattern 8.30am - 5.00pm (37.5 hours).
  • Annual gross salary of £23,000 with an increase to £25,000 following completion of a satisfactory 6-month probationary period.
