Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees across multiple sites.
  • Manage employee relations issues and support managers in handling complex cases.

  • Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-quality staff.

What We're Looking For
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (minimum requirement).
  • Proven experience of working across multiple sites and within diverse business environments.
  • Strong experience of supporting field-based staff and understanding their unique challenges.
  • Excellent knowledge of employee relations, HR best practices, and UK employment law.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Confident, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
