HR Business Partner - £50,000 per annum - Nottinghamshire - Hybrid working We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a growing organisation in Nottinghamshire. In this role, you'll provide support across HR operations, including employee relations, absence management, and coaching managers. You'll also lead HR projects like EDI and workforce surveys, and line manage two people within the HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and support people management.
  • Handle employee relations cases, absence management, grievances, and disciplinaries.
  • Manage HR admin and support the transition to a new HR system.
  • Analyse HR metrics and support EDI and workforce engagement initiatives.
  • Line manage an HR Administrator and Recruitment Officer.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' HR experience at a partnering level
  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with HR systems and data analysis.
  • Ideally, experience in non-public sector environments.
