Our client, an organisation based in the East Midlands is looking for an experienced Housing professional to join their team and undertake vital work to improve the community, encorporating the best of your anti social behaviour and tenancy knowledge

Duties of the ASB Officer role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Providing advice and guidance to more junior members of the team
  • Leading on grade 1 ASB and high level safeguarding places
  • Establishing efficient and effective strategies to prevent ASB
  • Attending court
  • Ensuring compliance with terms of tenancy agreements
  • Working with partnership agencies
  • Conduct viewings and tenancy visits
  • Dealing with general anti-social behaviour
  • Progressing anti-social behaviour cases to resolution
  • Carrying out sign ups
  • Undertaking regular estate inspections

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working within the Housing Management/ASB Sector
  • A full driving licence with access to a vehicle for business use
