Job description:

To deliver, in conjunction with the Lead Clinical Pharmacist or Heads of Pharmacy, a clinical pharmacy service.
To contribute to and provide multidisciplinary training in Pharmacy / Medicines Optimisation across the Trust.
A car driver is essential for this role, as there may be some cross site working.
