Quantity Surveyor - Social HousingSalary: DOE + Car allowance

Role Overview:Our client is looking to add an experienced Quantity Surveyor to their team. The role will involve managing the financial and technical aspects of construction contracts, refurbishment, and void projects. You will be responsible for procurement, invoicing, payment processes, and ensuring costs are minimised while maximising value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, price, and evaluate tenders
- Manage projects from inception to completion
- Oversee cost management and target creation
- Prepare CVR reports and forecasts
- Develop and maintain subcontractor and supplier contracts
Experience/Skills:
- Experience in construction, retrofit, or fabric upgrades preferred - social housing experience required
- Familiarity with bills of quantities, schedules of rates, and design and build contracts
- Strong commercial management and subcontractor procurement experience
