I am delighted to have the opportunity to work with a brilliant Public Sector organisation within Nottinghamshire who are eager to appoint a generalist HR Business Partner on a permanent basis to provide support on all aspects of the People function.

As a HR Business Partner, you will:

  • Manage and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholder's throughout the organisation, being the primary point of contact for all operational HR duties HR duties including employee relations, absence management and flexible working requests.
  • Coach, guide and support managers to enhance people management skills used to drive organisational culture forwards.
  • Work closely with the Head of HR to understand and analyse key HR KPI's and metrics to highlight areas for further support and provision.
  • Support multiple HR projects including EDI, Employee Engagement and Employee Benefits.
  • Manage a small team of two within the People team including an administrator and an officer.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Over three years' experience working in a generalist HR capacity.
  • Minimum CIPD Level qualified or above.
  • Proven ability to lead on employee relations cases.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to forge strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Previous line management experience of individuals within a HR team.

The successful applicant will be rewarded with a salary up to £43,000 per annum alongside 33 days annual leave (including public holidays), flexible and hybrid working and access to a generous pension scheme.
