We are thrilled to partner with an innovative PropTech company in the East Midlands who are looking to expand their talented development team. We're seeking a Web Developer to join their 9-person development team and report directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

If you're passionate about building high-quality, scalable web applications and have experience with PHP, Laravel, ReactJS, HTML, and MySQL, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing company transforming the property technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, Laravel, ReactJS, HTML, and MySQL.
  • Collaborate with the CTO and the development team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Work on the design, development, and implementation of new features and enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring high platform performance.
  • Contribute to the architecture and technical decisions of the product.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for software development.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in web development.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience with PHP and Laravel for backend development.
  • Strong proficiency in ReactJS for frontend development.
  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience working with MySQL or other relational databases.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to development.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Experience in the PropTech sector is advantageous but not essential.
