I am currently looking for a Facilities Administratorto join a local company who specialise in the maintenance of high-end commercial buildings around the North/Midlands region.

In this role you'll be carrying out all administration duties for one of their facilities contracts based covering the North West Region.

Location: Chesterfield
Basic Salary:25,000
Package:
- 20 Days AL + 8 Bank Holidays (Rising each year up to 25)
- 40 Hour Week Monday - Friday

To be successfulyou will need to be able to demonstrate competent IT Skills to including Microsoft Office and have experience within FM and commercial experience are desired but not essential.
