Role Overview
This HGV Technician position offers an opportunity to use your skills repairing and maintaining a mixed fleet of new and nearly new HGV vehicles and Trailers using all the latest diagnostic tools and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough diagnostic tests, ensuring all vehicles meet regulatory standards
- Diagnose and repair faults efficiently, using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Keep meticulous records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance
- Maintain a safe, organised work environment, adhering to all safety standards
- Deliver excellent customer service, building strong client relationships and promptly addressing needs
Qualifications and Experience Needed:
- Fully qualified HGV Technician or HGV Mechanic
- At least 3 years' experience maintaining, diagnosing and repairing faults with HGV vehicles.
- Skilled communicator who works well independently and, in a team.
- Vehicle mechanics with experience in diagnostics and repairs are also welcome to apply.
