Day to Day Duties
- Driving/operating Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently
- Delivering Cash and Carry Goods to customers
- Multi-Drop
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles
- Ensure all cargo is loaded and secured properly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
- Handling cash payments
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, mileage, and fuel consumption
- Report any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management
- Assist with loading and unloading of cargo as needed
Essential Skills
- Valid UK Category C Driving Licence
- Valid CPC and DIGI card
- Experience driving four, six or eight wheelers
Training
- Full week of paid training, depending on experience
- Health and Safety training
