People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Courier Driver to join our well-established client based in Edinburgh (EH28)

Day to Day Duties

Loading and unloading your vehicle
Driving delivery vans safely and efficiently
Placing parcel deliveries into postcode order
Delivering to customers and businesses
This is a customer facing role
Use of a hand-held scanner

Essential Skills

Must hold a valid UK Category B Driving Licence
Previous courier driving experience
Must have a solid five-year checkable background history

Desirable Experience

Own transport due to the location of the site
Experience in another fast-paced driving role would be desirable

Training

Health and safety training on first day
Followed by practical training with an experienced driver
