We are looking for an ambitious apprentice to join our team and make a difference. In turn we will provide you with full training and support so that you can flourish. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Digital Support: Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements via Outlook & Microsoft Teams. Coordinate and prepare executives for meetings, ensuring that they have all necessary documents and information via Outlook and Microsoft 365 packages. On top of this you will be expected to draft and send emails on the executive’s behalf to external and internal contacts.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination: Organise and coordinate virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams, preparing agendas, taking meeting notes and following up on action items
  • Project Management: Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of business development and marketing projects via the HubSpot and Canva platforms.
  • Sales Call List Creation and Prospect Research:  Create lists of potential clients based on target criteria and prioritise activity for the executive during key sales hours using the Apollo platform. Schedule Sales calls and create sales call pipeline.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare presentations, reports, and documents as required by the executive team. Conduct research and compile data for reports via PDF, PowerPoint presentations, or business strategies
  • Relationship Management: Manage key contacts, ensuring timely follow-ups and relationship-building activities using Outlook and Microsoft Teams. 

What you need to succeed:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable in a remote work environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
  • An ability to manage time and workload efficiently
  • Ability to take and record accurate notes/minutes in complex meetings

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum. 

Working week: 40hrs a week.
