RSW are looking to recruit 3 x Production Operators for a permanent role with our client, a specialist manufacturer based in Newbridge.

Our client has a 3 month conformal coating project which will be running from12.45pm-11pm Monday to Thursday. The successful candidates will receive FULL TRAINING (training will take place Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 1pm. Once the project has been completed, the successful candidates will move to a permanent days position Mon to Thurs 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 1pm. They envisage the project taking approximately 3 months.

Main Purpose of Role

Contribute to the assembly, and test, of products throughout the production area, ensuring they meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Adhere to Standard Working Procedures

Comply with all relevant Health and Safety practices

Undertake necessary actvities to ensure work place organisation

Achieve expected output and quality targets

Adhere to ESD procedures at all times

Undertake training when required, within any section of the production area

Train to work in line with IPC standards

Ensure that all company operating values and compliance procedures are adhered to at all times, including quality management, health and safety, legal stipulation, environmental policies and general duty of care.

Person Specification

Essential Skills: Adequate numeracy and literacy skills

Desirable Skills: Soldering

Essential Knowledge: Previous experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment

Desirable Knowledge: Previous electronic manufacturing experience

Salary 24800 plus 20% shift allowance (only applicable whilst working the Mon to Thurs 12.45pm to 11pm shift. cash plan healthcare and DIS 6x salary.
