Blue Arrow is recruiting for a Factory Operative in the Newbridge area, offering a salary of £12.50 per hour for back shift and £13.50 for night shift.
The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday with back shift hours from 14:30 to 23:00 and night shift hours from 23:00 to 07:00.
Candidates with experience in the steel or metal industry or with similar machinery will have an advantage.
The company provides four weeks of training covering forklift operation, overhead crane use, steel saw operation, and health and safety procedures.

The succesful candidate will be working Monday-Friday back shift or Night shift

Hours are as follows 1430-2300 Back shift

Night shift 2300-0700

Rate of pay is £12.50 per hour back shift

£13.50 Night shift

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a great client who is focused on longevity of staff.

4 weeks of Training will be provided by the company.

As part of your daily duties you will be:

- Driving a forklift (training provided)- Loading vehicles using an overhead crane- Operating a steel saw- Manual handling- Moving heavy loads with machinery- Operating in a safe manner following all health & safety procedures on site.The company will train the successful candidate on all machinery and all health and safety procedures in place.Experience working within the steel/metal industry or working with similar machinery would be advantageous.
