Day-to-day of the role:
  • Answering calls and responding to emails promptly to address any queries or issues.
  • Conducting debrief sessions with staff to discuss the outcomes of their shifts and any concerns.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records on the system database.
  • Performing inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained and discrepancies are addressed.
  • Managing general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and preparing reports.
  • Coordinating with different departments to ensure that all administrative needs are met.
  • Assisting in scheduling and organising staff shifts and rotations.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a warehouse or similar logistics environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work in a busy environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with database management and inventory software is highly desirable.
