Commercial Administrator
Location: Newbridge, Edinburgh
Salary: 28k-32k
Hours: 8.30 am-4.00 pm - Monday to Friday

Grafton Recruitment are looking for a Commercial Administrator for one of their global, successful clients in the Edinburgh area. Someone experienced and highly motivated to take on the dual role of leading the telesales function and providing essential administrative support. This position is crucial for driving financial growth, enhancing productivity, and ensuring the smooth operation of both commercial and administrative activities

The role:

  • Provide administrative support to account managers to allow them to focus on direct customer engagement
  • Send accurate and timely pricing information to customers
  • Coordinate information on range extension opportunities from the commercial team
  • Provide general administrative support for the site, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Organise trade shows, coordinating logistics, marketing materials to ensure the successful execution of events
  • Collaborate with Stock Controller regarding stock requirements
  • Analyse sales performance data on a daily, weekly, and periodic basis
  • Generate reports to track progress and identify trends
  • Conduct market mapping to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape


You will need:

  • Proven experience in telesales leadership and commercial functions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide detailed reports
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and market research
  • MS Excel (Advanced). MS PowerBI
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various teams
