Reed Recruitment is collaborating with one of the largest parcel delivery companies globally. We are seeking reliable and experienced Warehouse Operatives for our dynamic operation near Edinburgh Airport. This role is fast-paced and requires candidates to be actively on their feet throughout the shift.
What you will be doing:- Loading and unloading vehicles to ensure customers receive their goods in good condition and on time.
- Sorting and moving packaging and freight using scanning technology.
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations.
- Sorting, scanning, loading, and unloading packages in a fast-paced environment.
- Using relevant equipment and technology as needed.
- Supporting your supervisor and team members as required.
- Proven ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, suited for a dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to make quick, accurate decisions.
- Previous warehousing experience in the UK is essential.
