We are proud to partner witha Market LeadingFMCG manufacturing business based in Devon, who are recruiting a talentedEngineering supervisorto join their well established engineering team.
Reporting directly to the Site Engineering Manager, you will be tasked with coordinating engineering teams, collaborating with the wider operations teams while still performing day to day engineering duties such as maintenance &repair,installation tasks and process improvements.
The successful candidatewill have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment, with exposure to automated machinery. Experience of supervising a team previously would be advantageous.
This role will suit candidatesthat have an ambition to grow & develop existingskills and knowledge, who hold arelevant Engineering qualification (C&G level 3 / NVQ level 3 / HNC / HND or similar.)
