We are seeking an accomplished Accountant to support the Accounting & Finance department. This role is crucial to maintaining our not-for-profit organisation's financial health and integrity.

Description
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting & Finance department, including but limited to management accounts, year-end accounts, payroll, VAT, and tax.
- Help produce financial reports and statements for management review.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Participate in financial standards setting and forecast process
- Support month-end and year-end close process
Profile
A successful Accountant should have:
- An accounting qualification(acca, aca, cima, QBE) or similar
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
