Reed Practice are currently supporting a top ranking Accountancy Practice who is based in West Berkshire with the recruitment for a Trainee Accountant to join their Audit and Accounts team. What stands out about this client is that they particularly specialise in training and developing their staff.

In this trainee role you will work in a range of areas, from compliance and tax advice to accounts preparation, in order to become an all rounded and dynamic accountant. You will also gain experience working within external audit for the firms numerous clients. You will learn through the best possible medium, hands-on experience, and will be entrusted with essential tasks from the very first day. You will work directly with a range of corporate clients, for whom you will become a trusted contact and adviser.
