About the JobThis interim role has arisen following a recent acquisition. You will play a pivotal part in the financial reporting process, ensuring the smooth production of consolidated statutory accounts and subsidiary accounts in compliance with IFRS.

Duties will include:

  • Preparing and reviewing consolidated financial statements under IFRS.
  • Producing subsidiary accounts to meet statutory deadlines.
  • Ensuring compliance with the US GAAP reporting requirements of the acquiring organisation
  • Supporting audit processes and responding to queries.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights post-acquisition.
