Job Purpose
  • Support a varied client portfolio, working closely with the Senior Management team to ensure expectations and deadlines are met
  • Supervision and preparation of end-end and management accounts, including tax planning work
  • Involvement in ad-hoc work projects to further support Senior Managers and Directors
  • Oversee client workflow and internal management of resources
  • Supervise junior staff, reviewing work and supporting their professional development
  • Liaise with clients, building trusted relationships and proactively handling queries
  • Identify new processes and ways to increase efficiency
  • Research and interpret changes to taxation and accounting regulations

Job Requirements
  • ACCA/ACA qualified, part qualified or studying
  • A part-qualified candidate with strong experience would also be considered
  • A proven track record of managing a client portfolio, including monitoring commercial aspects
  • Strong working knowledge of software, such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
  • Excellent financial modelling and data interpretation skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation
  • A team player who can also work autonomously
  • A can-do attitude to problem-solving
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own deadlines and workflow
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
