About the RoleAs an Accounts Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Working closely with the Finance Manager, you'll handle day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring everything is accurate and up to date. This is a great opportunity to build on your finance experience in a role that offers variety and plenty of support.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Creating and processing invoices in Sage
  • Managing petty cash and reconciling accounts
  • Checking timesheets and handling finance-related admin
  • Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries
  • Organising payments
  • Reconciling credit card statements and keeping records up to date
  • Assisting with audit preparation 

About YouYou’ll have experience in finance administration and be confident using Excel and Word. If you’ve worked with Sage before, that’s a bonus, but training will be provided if not. Being organised, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team will set you up for success. A full driving licence is essential for this role.
