We are hiring a temporary Accounts Assistant in Newbury, working for a well established company we know well. The client is flexible with total hours worked per week, along with start and finish times & the rate is flexible.
Anticipated duration of 3-4 months. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, conscientious, and experienced in financial administration, working with a dynamic and supportive team.
Key responsibilities of the role involve:
- Client invoice generation and uploading to client portals
- Purchase ledger recording of invoices
- Uploading invoices to our invoice finance partner
- Bank postings to Sage
- Basic credit control (statements etc)
