- Managing the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions; invoicing, payments, reconciliations, credit control, queries
- Assisting with month end tasks; accruals & prepayments, fixed assets, intercompany reconciliations, journals
- Financial reporting; cashflow, aged debt, management information
- Additional duties; VAT returns, cash management, assisting with audit
- Previous experience in a similar accounting role
- AAT qualified or part qualified CIMA/ ACCA
- A good understanding of bookkeeping and credits/ debits
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally
- Proactive approach and problem solving skills
