Position: Sales Administrator
Location: Newbury, RG14 5PX
Hourly Rate: 13.33 - 14.35
Hours: Full-time (37.50 hours/week)
Duration: Temp-to-perm (initially 4-5 weeks)

What You'll Do:
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in our Sales Operations department. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling initial enquiries from various sources.
  • Processing orders and raising quotes, ensuring a smooth approval process.
  • Liaising with customers and managing key accounts, including tenders, bids, and order changes.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including sales management and technical support, to ensure seamless order processing.
  • Coordinating with third parties for installations and maintaining communication with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Proactively sourcing stock and managing delivery KPIs.

Who Are We Looking For?
We want someone with:

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • An enthusiastic attitude and the ability to multitask effectively.
