About the Job

This role focuses on managing financial operations, ensuring smooth processes, and handling client-related financial matters. You will play a key role in supporting the finance team in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Duties will include:

  • Monitoring and managing departmental communications and responding to finance-related enquiries.
  • Processing invoices, refunds, and allowances, as well as resolving queries raised by senior finance staff.
  • Reconciling buyer accounts, including identifying and posting incoming payments.
  • Managing credit card and banking transactions, creating invoices post-auction, and chasing outstanding balances when necessary.

About the Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will bring previous experience in finance administration, strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skills. Familiarity with accounting software such as Navision, and advanced Excel proficiency are desirable. A proactive attitude and effective communication are essential for success in this role.
