Description
- Manage supplier invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Perform reconciliations of supplier statements.
- Handle payment runs and maintain financial records.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting.
- Support the wider Accounting & Finance team in achieving departmental objectives.
- Ad hoc financial tasks as required.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable should have:
- Relevant qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience in the FMCG industry is preferable.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
