We're currently working on the behalf of a well-established firm of Accountants looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Inputting client data onto accounts software
  • Sales and purchase ledger duties
  • Banking and bank reconciliation
  • Assisting clients with software queries
  • Answering client queries regarding their Bookkeeping & accounts
  • Preparation and submission of VAT returns

Any previous experience undertaking Bookkeeping within a firm of Accountants or bookkeeping bureau would be highly beneficial but not essential, as the firm can consider a strong double-entry bookkeeper. The firm can consider both full or part-time candidates, circa 20 hours per week and upwards, and can be flexible regarding how hours are spread.
