Duties:

Unlocking / securing the building
Being a visible presence within the college for any of the groups hiring the space providing support and guidance
Restoring the furniture within rooms after groups have finished
Being responsible for the life safety systems on site and acting as the lead fire officer in the event of a fire activation
Undertaking proactive caretaking works as needed

Candidate must have enhanced DBS and or able to obtain one which can be paid from agency
