This corporate organisation is looking for an experienced administrator to join one their busy business units providing general sales support.
Tasks will include:
- Coordinating events
- Arranging travel, accommodation and transport
- Preparing confirmation of arrangements and marketing materials
- Coordinating meetings
- Invoicing and managing budgets
Ideally you will have 3 years experience within in administration / support / coordination role.
You will be able to juggle a number of tasks at one time and will have excellent PC skills.
The ability to communicate at all levels is essential.
