This corporate organisation is looking for an experienced administrator to join one their busy business units providing general sales support.

Tasks will include:

  • Coordinating events
  • Arranging travel, accommodation and transport
  • Preparing confirmation of arrangements and marketing materials
  • Coordinating meetings
  • Invoicing and managing budgets

Ideally you will have 3 years experience within in administration / support / coordination role.

You will be able to juggle a number of tasks at one time and will have excellent PC skills.

The ability to communicate at all levels is essential.
