The Careers Advisor position is based in Newbury and reports to the Careers Team Leader.
This part-time role requires candidates to work three days a week and offers a salary of £28,000 FTE.

Careers Advisor

Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Newbury.

Main Duties

Offering excellent career guidance, counselling, and information to students.
Managing the career resources in collaboration with the Employer Services team.
Researching and sharing up-to-date reports on local and national job opportunities, as well as market trends, to keep students and staff informed.
Providing both drop-in and appointment-based career support services for students.
Training staff on university applications (UCAS), employability skills, and current career information and advice.
Organising workshops on apprenticeship career paths.
