JR199: Class 2 Driver

Salary: £32,328 Per Annum
Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Class 2 Driver on behalf of one of our clients.
Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Driver 4,6 or 8 wheel rigid vehicles delivering ready mixed concrete from company sites to customer locations.
- Achieve agreed daily work targets.
- Carry out daily vehicle maintenance checks and safety checks.
- Complete, issue and record transaction documents as instructed.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Clean Class 2 licence.
- Valid CPC and digi-tacho cards.
- Previous experience driving a concrete mixer or similar vehicles with transferable skills (fuel tankers etc).
- Conscientious, hard-working and physically fit to carry out manual handling activities.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and recognise the importance of excellent customer service.
