Junior Sous Chef - 45 Hours - New Concept - £34k

We are working with a fantastic farm to kitchen restaurant, who are looking for a junior sous chef. This restaurant is located on a farm, so you will be working with the very freshest of ingredients, including foraging and picking herbs and veg from the kitchen garden. Opening times will be Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner only 2 nights per week.
