At our client's dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, you will join a team of like-minded professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional results. As an Account Manager Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing key client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and fostering long-term partnerships. Your enthusiastic and proactive approach will be instrumental in driving sales, increasing revenue, and maximising customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and presenting our client's products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that align with client objectives and drive business growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our client's offerings.
  • Continuously strive to meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and maximising profitability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, resolving any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practises, attending conferences and professional development opportunities as required.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of success in a similar Account Manager role.
  • Experience working with Blue Chip accounts OR within a Field Sales role is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with a diverse range of clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and persuasive pitches to potential clients.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Details:

  • Monday-Friday 8.30am-4.30pm (can be flexible)
  • WFH 1 day a week
  • £35,000-£45,000 per annum
