Gekko are working with a global technology brand who are looking for a new Programme Manager to join their team working across the EMEA region. The role involves supporting the regional manager in executing initiatives for training, events and video production, as well as ensuring content of these is adapted effectively across multiple markets.

Your Package:

  • Competitive Annual Salary, between £40,000 and £60,000 per annum dependant on experience
  • Working remotely, with 1 day a month in client office (London) and 1 day in Gekko office (Newbury), once a quarter EMEA trip

Your Role:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders on regional and local initiatives, including in-store training, asset scaling, event support, and beyond
  • Conduct regular content audits to maintain accuracy, relevancy, and consistency
  • Be part of successful launches of retail training content and programmes in new markets and partners
  • Support teams with localised training and brand presence campaigns
  • Onboard and be point of contact for mystery shopping, providing guidance, addressing queries, and facilitating communication
  • Be part of developing a scalable brand ambassador programme
