Freixenet Copestick are a major player in the UK’s drinks market and we’re proud to be the UK’s leading supplier of Sparkling Wines! With an extensive portfolio across Still Wine, Sparkling Wine, Beer and Spirits, this is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of the next phase of growth.

Working closely with the Sales Director, Marketing Director and wider business functions, you’ll implement various strategies using a data driven approach to maximise UK performance and oversee the strategic coordination of brand activity at the point of purchase.

Key responsibilities for the role of Revenue Growth Manager:

  • Lead the company’s Integrated Business Planning process, ensuring it is effectively implemented and executed across all relevant departments.
  • Facilitate quarterly IBP cycles, ensuring alignment between financial, operational, and strategic goals.
  • Lead cross-functional IBP meetings, bringing together sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance to review and adjust plans based on forecasted Sales & Marketing activity.
  • Develop price and promotion plans that meet the company’s volume, net sales, profitability and return on investment objectives and which help shape the category.
  • Identify business risks and opportunities and address to key stakeholders.
  • Ownership of all in market activity across the FXC portfolio (owned & Agency).

The skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a Revenue Growth Management and / or Integrated Business Planning, Market Strategy & Planning, or similar role within the FMCG sector is essential
  • Commercially astute and entrepreneurial
  • Strong influencing skills with ability to adapt style to others
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborative, with a clear and open communication style
  • Commitment to our company values and motivated by team achievement
  • Interest in wine and/or grocery sector
