My client, a specialist, UK based Engineering and Environmental Consultancy, is searching for a Hydraulic Modeller based near Newbury.
It is essential that applicants have a strong academic background including a MSc and/or BSc in Geography, Hydrology or Civil Engineering and ideally experience working for a UK based Consultancy completing flood risk assessments, hydrological assessments and hydraulic modelling using flood modeller and Tuflow.
This exciting opportunity will offer the chance to join an innovative Flood Risk Team based near Newbury. You will have the opportunity to complete varied Hydrological, Surface Water, Flood Risk and GIS Mapping Projects for Residential and Commercial Development Projects for Private Sector Clients and Local Authorities.
As a Flood Modeller you will be required to complete technical work including Flood Risk Assessments, Drainage Strategies, GIS Mapping, Drainage Impact Assessments, EIA and Hydraulic Modelling using flood modeller and Tuflow.
