A growing established ISP are recruiting a Senior Network Engineer on a permanent basis to join the growing team.

What you will be doing

Escalated Network Support.
Pre-Sales: Offer technical insight to the sales team and the customer and help with the design of the client solutions.
Post-sales: Brief the installation team on the project and what needs to be done.
Escalated support of both clients networks and the internal environment.
Providing escalated internal desktop support.
Taking ownership of the mentoring of a team.
