HVAC Mechanical Project Manager
With their Offices based in West Berkshire, the company are an established and well-respected Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning contractor who provide a full range of HVAC services from design through to installation and commissioning to various sectors including Commercial, Private Hospitals, and Laboratories, with typical project values ranging from 100k up to 2m, and as a result of continued growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Project Manager to join the team.
As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will oversee and manage HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Directly manage project development from start to finish, having responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the project
- Design review
- Procurement of plant, materials & labour
- Technical Submittals
- Overall Cost Management
- Managing the engineering input into the project strategy
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the projectlife-cycle
- Reporting into the Managing Director
Requirements:
- You will need to be an experienced Mechanical Project Manager or similar role, i.e. HVAC Project Manager, M&E Contracts Manager
- Proven track record of delivering HVAC Mechanical projects with values up to 1.5m
- Proven track record of longevity with previous employers
Remuneration Package:
65,000 - 70,000 according to experience, plus 5k Car Allowance, Travel expenses, Private Healthcare, Pension, Company Events, Phone and Laptop, 24 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
