Mechanical Project Manager
This is an excellent opportunity for a HVAC Mechanical Project Manager to join an established and independently owned Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning contractor based in West Berkshire.
The company are a medium-sized Air Conditioning and Mechanical Building Services contractor who provide a full range of HVAC services from design through to installation and commissioning to various sectors including Commercial, Private Hospitals, and Laboratories, with typical project values ranging from 100k up to 2m, and as a result of continued growth an opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Mechanical Project Manager to join the team.
As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will oversee and manage HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Directly manage project development from start to finish, having responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the project(s) assigned to you
- Design review
- Procurement of plant, materials & labour
- Technical submittals
- Overall Cost Management
- Liaise with clients, sub-contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the projectlife-cycle
- Reporting into the Managing Director
Essential Requirements:
- Mechanical Building Services experience operating as a Mechanical Project Manager or similar role, i.e. HVAC Project Manager
- Proven track record of delivering HVAC Mechanical projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Remuneration Package:
65,000 - 70,000 according to experience, plus 5k Car Allowance, Travel expenses, Bonus scheme, Private Healthcare, Pension, Company events, Phone and Laptop, 24 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays. The company also provide an enjoyable, supportive and rewarding working environment.
