Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager/Technical Specialist for a leading provider of additive manufacturing solutions in West Berkshire. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, while ensuring customer satisfaction and project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Developing and executing comprehensive project plans.
- Monitoring project progression and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Technical Support:
- Reviewing and analysing customer specifications.
- Conducting thorough reviews of engineering drawings.
- Optimising production planning and scheduling.
- Managing subcontractor relationships.
- Customer Interface:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Providing timely updates and addressing inquiries.
- Building strong customer relationships.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven project management experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach.
