As a key member of their team, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference every day. The role is working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm and offering a salary of 30,000 - 34,000, DOE.

Own mode of transport is required due to location.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking orders via phone or email, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
  • Creating courier labels to facilitate smooth delivery to customers
  • Handling invoicing and credit notes for goods and services
  • Acting as the face of the company, addressing customer inquiries, queries, and complaints in a caring and professional manner
  • Collaborating with the Technical Department to address repair and technical issues raised by customers
  • Inputting orders into the Sage System

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Proven experience in providing high-quality customer service
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software
