Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, managing customer databases, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and manufacturing teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing timely and efficient support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the electronics manufacturing industry is a plus.
