We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in programming 3/5 axis milling machines using Hypermill, with prior experience in Fanuc controls, Siemens and Hurco being beneficial. CAD/CAM experience is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
Program 3/5 axis milling machines using Hypermill to produce high-quality components
Work with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes
Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized
Qualifications
- Proven experience programming 3/5 axis milling machines using Hypermill
- Proficiency in operating CNC machines with prior experience in Fanuc controls, and familiarity with Siemens and Hurco being beneficial
- CAD/CAM experience is essential
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
Day-to-day
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand and execute machining requirements
- Program CNC machines using Hypermill software
- Monitor machining processes to ensure quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot any programming or machine operation issues as they arise
