With a company turnover of £1.7 billion across the group, they are looking for a bright individual with credit control expertise, or a bright individual who is hungry to start their career within credit management, gaining mentorship along the way

What will the Credit Controller role involve?

  • Ensure customers (B2B, not consumer) settle outstanding accounts to agreed terms via phone and email.
  • Accurate allocation of customer receipts.
  • Liaise with sales and customer services to resolve non-payment issues.
  • Identify areas of risk, payment performance trends.

Suitable Candidate for the Credit Controller vacancy:

  • Ability to work in a team as well as individually.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Good IT and MS Office skills.
  • Office experience preferable but not essential.
