CMA is delighted to be partnering with a global manufacturing business in their UK office in central Newbury, Berkshire.

With an annual turnover of c£20,000,000, you will be joining the office that still has a family feel within the team you will be an integral part of the day to day running of the accounts receivable function, taking ownership of the existing system and making it your own.  What will the Credit Controller role involve?

  • Supervise all setting up of new customer and supplier including credit check application.
  • Maintaining aged debts.
  • Processing invoices and credits on SAP.
  • Credit control and remittance allocation, account reconciliation.
  • Assistance with year-end procedures and audit, including preparation of reconciliation schedules.
  • Monthly, quarterly and year end requirements including accrual and prepayments.

Suitable Candidate for the Credit Control vacancy:

  • Accuracy and quality.
  • Confident dealing with customers.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Maintains good relationships with colleagues, team player, calm under pressure.
  • Good level IT skills, MS Office, Excel experience Including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
