A client of mine who is a large Housing Association are looking for Coordinator/ Resident Liaison Officer to work for them on an interim contract basis. The role will be based in the Newbury Area so all candidates must be able to work in an office for this position and live within a commuteable are. This role is required to build and nurture strong relationships between customers, neighbours, and others affected by the property repair programmes to ensure the works are completed within timescales, while the customers understand the process, the effects on them and their families in the long-term in terms of cost and use and short-term in terms of inconvenience and support. You'll be a proactive and curious member of a cross- disciplinary team understanding the strategy, programme of work, timetables, cost and improving practices and refining objectives. Responsible for ensuring the information gathered on property and customer is effectively translated into the property and housing systems, to enable future effective customer service.

Direction set by the Head of Client Services, the role is responsible for supporting the Programme Lead Homes and Place, to deliver business objectives set out in the Corporate Plan and Homes and Place Standard. You will support the delivery of our retrofit roadmap, communicating the rationale to our customers and the wider business. You will also provide support to the team and our customers.

All candidates must have worked in a similar position where they can demonstrate excellent planning and coordination skills as well as demonstrable experience working with residents in relation to repair work in their homes.
