We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for a well established client based in the Newbury area.This role is to start asap and will be on a temporary basis for a minimum of 6 months so you would have to be able to commit to that.
The main responsibilities are:
路 Processing Repair / Work Orders 聽路 Arranging returns and collections and handling proof of delivery and pricing requests路 Handling incoming e-mails and calls路 Proactively communicating with internal & external customers路 Investigating and resolving invoice disputes路 Logging and follow up of issue resolution and related communication back to the customer路 Take responsibility for executing tasks and supporting colleagues across several complex areas / processes and queries路 Work with your colleagues to effectively organise and prioritise the tasks within your specific areas路 Working collaboratively with other functions and divisions on cross-functional or customer specific topics
Experience / Skills Essential:路 Previous experience in a customer service, order management or contact centre role路 Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues路 Can communicate proactively and professionally with Sales team members and customers路 Ability to adapt to different types of people and situations to ensure positive outcomes路 Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Internet路 Good ERP system knowledge Desirable:路 Experience in service and maintenance, order management or technical customer contact processes路 Has some experience of handling difficult situations independently
